Shipping

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and quoted on an individual basis. We also offer FREE shipping on orders of $50 or more within the US.

How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery times depend on your location. Orders within the US typically take 5-7 business days to arrive. International deliveries may take anywhere from 7-16 days. You will receive delivery details in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers and local courier partners. During checkout, you’ll be asked to select a delivery method based on your location.

What if the order is lost in the mail?
If your package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll ship a replacement free of charge. Before we proceed, we may ask you to confirm your shipping address and check with your local post office for any updates.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed as payment is processed automatically at checkout.
