Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at contact@thisisprettyreal.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products or items that pose hygiene concerns. If you have questions about whether your specific item qualifies for a return, please get in touch.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
